Assignment 19 - It's so Surreal!

For this picture, I creat 2 layers, I make the city as the background and find a pic of whale as the secound layer, I cut the whale form its original picture and put it above the first layer, and then I use blending tools to make a cloudy feeling above the whale in order to creat the feeling of swwiming in the coulds.
